The business of going circular: will consumers follow?

To continue creating economic value in the long term, the circular transition offers interesting alternatives. New and renewed options are being developed by companies to meet the needs of consumers. Yet we make limited use of this circular offering. Why is this?

In this workshop, we discuss which elements play a crucial role for consumers and how we can deal with this. Besides the crucial elements for consumers, the workshop also explores the ways in which suppliers of circular business models deal with consumers' expectations. How do they navigate between the tensions of offering an innovative service and the expectations of consumers?
